 The long-expected final of ASUS Open Cup tournament will be held in the end of May and gather 260 best gamers from CIS and Europe. ASUS Open is a series of cyber sport competitions, which are conducted for 4th consecutive year and cover popular PC games. The upcoming tournament is the 17th and is named ASUS Spring Cup 2007.

ASUS Open is one of the most popular cyber sports tournaments of Russia and CIS. Four times per year challengers from close and far foreign states visit the final game in Moscow. The selection matches are held in major cities of Russia and CIS. The championship is broadly covered by online and print media.
In the first half of 2007, the competition will be powered by ASUS Extreme Gaming concept. This concept implies new stage of gaming systems performance based on the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor platform. In the final game challengers will compete using the latest ASUS G2P notebooks. These notebooks proved its outstanding gaming performance among professional and non-professional players.
ASUS Open Cup is held since the January 2003. In this period ASUS company together with CyberFight.ru | CyberFight.org successfully organized 16 tournaments and had positive response from gamers and journalists.
